Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to download an app?

No. Everything runs in your browser on phone, tablet or desktop. Add Dart Starter to your home screen for one-tap access and it behaves like an app.

Does it cost anything to play?

Dart Starter is free to play, every training game, the Live Scorer, Pub League Simulator and more, with no subscription and no ads. The one optional extra is unlocking the full version of Tour Mode: Q-School is free, and the complete Pro Tour is a one-off £4.99, paid once and yours forever.

Do I need an account?

Most games work without one. Signing in unlocks cloud saves for Pub League, community leaderboards and syncing across devices.

Will I lose my progress if I clear my browser or switch phones?

Local saves live in your browser, so clearing data or changing devices loses them. Sign in and your Pub League Simulator progress is backed up to the cloud and follows you anywhere.

Can I use it to score a real match?

Yes, the Live Scorer handles dart-by-dart or keypad entry, with undo, first-nine averages and checkout percentages as you play.
