How to Play

The Pursuit is a straight race against the clock: or rather, against a relentless AI Chaser. Bank a Starting Stake, pick how big a head start you want to give yourself, then throw for a double-out finish before the Chaser catches up and runs you down. The bigger your head start, the more breathing room you've got, but the less impressive the win.

Why It Helps Your Game

Racing against a pursuer that's always closing in adds a genuine sense of urgency to ordinary checkout practice, pushing you to finish efficiently rather than taking your time. Picking your own head start also makes it self-adjusting: sandbag it for an easy win, or set a tight gap and really test whether your finishing speed holds up under real pressure.
