The Momentum Pendulum
A leg of 501 where the crowd is watching. Big visits swing the momentum your way and rattle your opponent: poor visits hand them the energy of the room. Hold your nerve.
How to Play
The Momentum Pendulum is a full leg of 501 against an adaptive pub league AI opponent, with a live crowd-energy bar running the whole match. Throw a big visit and the momentum swings your way, rattling your opponent; have a poor one, and you hand that same energy straight to them. The AI reacts to it too: capable of punishing you when you're cold, and prone to choking when you pile on the pressure.
Why It Helps Your Game
Most practice games test your throwing in isolation, but real matches are also a battle of nerve, momentum and pressure: exactly what this simulates. Because the AI's confidence genuinely shifts with the momentum bar, you're learning to both build on a hot streak and steady yourself after a bad visit, which is the psychological side of darts that's hardest to train anywhere else.
