How it works
A run of adjacent numbers is the safe zone. Everything else is storm.
Every other visit the zone loses a number from each edge: squeezing you off the big beds.
A visit that scores nothing in the zone costs a shield. Five shields and you're out.
When the zone collapses completely, only the bull is live: and a double bull blows it back open.
The multiplier climbs as the zone tightens, so the deep waves are where the score is.

How to Play

Zone Collapse puts the board itself against you: a safe zone that shrinks every other visit, closing in until only the bull is left standing. You need to keep scoring inside whatever's still safe and stay clear of the storm outside it: but land a dart on the bull and you can reopen the board, buying yourself room to breathe again.

Why It Helps Your Game

The shrinking zone forces increasingly precise scoring as the game goes on, which mirrors the way pressure builds late in a real leg when the margin for error keeps getting smaller. Learning to reopen the board with a clutch bull, rather than just accepting the squeeze, is a genuinely useful pressure-response skill: staying calm and finding the shot that buys you space, rather than panicking as the walls close in.
